This site describes who we are and the kind of work we do. It is informational. Nothing on it is an offer, a quote, a guarantee of any particular result, or professional advice you should rely on for your own decisions without speaking to us first.

3. Services and separate agreements

Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement, proposal or statement of work covering scope, price, timing and responsibilities. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement controls for the work it covers. Booking a call through this site does not create an engagement or any obligation on either side.

4. Our products

PlateHaven (platehaven.app) is a product built and operated by TCC Solutions Group LLC. It is governed by its own terms and privacy notice published on that site, not by these terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to attempt unauthorised access to any system, or to copy or scrape it in a way that burdens our infrastructure.

6. Intellectual property

The content of this site, including text, layout, logos and marks of TCC Solutions Group LLC, belongs to us or our licensors. You may read, share and quote it with attribution. You may not present it as your own or use our name and logos to suggest an endorsement or a relationship that does not exist.

7. Third-party links and services

This site links to services we do not control, including Calendly for scheduling. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
