1. Who we are
TCC Solutions Group LLC (“TCC Solutions Group”, “TCCSG”, “we”, “us”) builds custom software, AI integrations and automation for businesses, and builds and operates its own products, including PlateHaven. This policy explains what we do with personal information collected through tccsolutionsgroup.com and when you contact us.
Our products have their own terms and privacy notices. If you use PlateHaven, the notice published at platehaven.app governs that service.
2. Information we collect
- Information you give us. If you email us, call us, book a call, or complete a form on this site, we receive what you choose to send: your name, email address, phone number, company name, and anything you write to us.
- Partner applications. If you apply to our referral partner program, we store the details you enter on the application: your name, email address, phone number, organisation, who you work with, and any message.
- Business analysis. If you use “Analyze My Business”, we store your answers about how your business operates, any figures you choose to enter, and the report produced from them. You do not need to give us contact details to see your report. If you ask us to follow up, we also store the contact details you provide.
- Referral links. If you arrive through a partner’s referral link, we set a first-party cookie (
tccsg_ref) containing a random identifier, and record which partner’s link you used, when, and any campaign parameters in the link. We also store hashed forms of your IP address and browser type, which we use to limit abuse. We use this to credit the partner who introduced you, and for nothing else. - Booking information. Calls on this site are booked through Calendly. When you book, Calendly collects your details and shares them with us so we can hold the meeting.
- Technical information. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps. We use these to keep the site running and secure.
This site does not require an account and does not run advertising or cross-site tracking. The only cookie we set is the first-party referral cookie described above, and it is set only when you open a referral link.
3. How we use information
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange or hold a call.
- To produce the business analysis you ask for, and to follow up on it if you ask us to.
- To credit the partner who introduced you, where one did.
- To provide, scope, quote for and support work you have asked us about or engaged us for.
- To operate, secure and improve this website.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use the information you send us to build advertising profiles.
4. Messaging and SMS
We may send text messages only to people who have given us their mobile number and agreed to receive them, or where messaging is part of a service you have asked us to run. Messages relate to the enquiry, appointment or project at hand.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details above.
- Consent to receive messages is never a condition of purchasing anything from us.
- We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers, opt-in information or consent with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Numbers are shared only with the messaging providers that deliver messages on our behalf.
5. Cookies and analytics
This website does not set its own tracking or advertising cookies. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those files from Google and Google receives your IP address as part of that request. Third-party services we link to, such as Calendly, set their own cookies once you are on their pages, under their own policies.
6. Service providers
We use a small number of providers to run the business. They process information on our behalf and only for the purposes we set:
- Vercel — website hosting and server logs.
- Neon — database hosting for the information described in section 2.
- Anthropic — generates the written business analysis. We send your questionnaire answers and any figures you enter, including the business name and website if you provide them. We do not send contact details you give us afterwards.
- Google Workspace / Gmail — email correspondence.
- Google Fonts — delivery of web fonts.
- Calendly — scheduling calls.
- Messaging and telephony providers — delivery of SMS or voice communications where these are used.
We may also disclose information where we are required to do so by law, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
7. How long we keep information
We keep enquiry and correspondence records for as long as needed to answer you and to keep a record of our dealings, and longer where tax, accounting or legal obligations require it. Server logs are retained for a short period by our hosting provider. You can ask us to delete correspondence at any time and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
We keep business analyses and partner applications for as long as needed to follow up and to keep a record of our dealings. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
8. Your choices and your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, ask us to stop contacting you, or opt out of messages at any time. Email tccsolutions2025@gmail.com or write to the address above and we will respond.
If you are a California resident, you may request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, request deletion, and ask us to correct inaccurate information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. As stated above, we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are used in California privacy law.
9. Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, including limiting who can access it and using reputable providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the business or the law changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised, and the current version always appears on this page.
